SimplyINFLATABLES.com uses 128-bit encryption key over Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to provide todays highest level of processing security.  SSL provides encryption between web browsers and web servers.   This level of encryption is virtually impossible to crack as even todays fastest super computers would take years to process all or the possible options.

Residents of Alaska and Hawaii must choose UPS 2nd day air.

SimplyINFLATABLES.com has five warehouses to ensure the quickest shipping possible.  Our main warehouse is located in Las Vegas, Nevada with smaller warehouses in California, Florida, Nebraska and Oregon.

SimplyINFLATABLES.com offers 3 shipping methods.  UPS, UPS Ground and FedEx.

5.) How are shipping fees calculated?

Shipping and handeling fees are based on total order weight.  From time to time, SimplyINFLATABLES.com will have promotional free shipping offers.

6.) How long should I expect my order to be in transit before arriving?

Orders paid for by credit card are usually shipped out of one of our warehouses within 1 - 3 business days but may take up to 7 business days. If you have a specific delivery requirement, we advise contacting us for stock
availibilty. In the event it appears that your order will be delayed, we will email you with the approximate arrival date. Please ensure that your contact information is correct on your order to speed our response.

7.) Some of the products offered on SimplyINFLATABLES.com are heavy pool etc.  Are there special shipping requirements for these heavier products?

All above ground pools such as Intex Easy Set Pools, Intex Ellipse Oval Frame Pools, Intex Metal Frame Set Pools, Bestway Fast Set Pools, Bestway Steel Pro Frame Pools will be shipped via UPS Ground only.

8.) Does SimplyINFLATABLES.com warranty their products?

SimplyINFLATABLES.com warrants many of its products (through the manufacturer) to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 30 days from the shipment date unless otherwise noted.  SimplyINFLATABLES.com will replace eligible items returned to us within the parameters of this policy and found to be defective.  In short, it is up to the discression of SimplyINFLATABLES.com to validate a defective product covered by a warranty.  All returned warranty-issue merchandise must be properly packed for a safe return shipment and in original purchase condition with the original packaging, the original receipt/invoice/packing slip and a an explanation of the item's problem. SimplyINFLATABLES.com will not refund, credit or cover shipping expenses for warranty item returns or warranty item replacements under any circumstances. SimplyINFLATABLES.com is not liable for misuse of its products. This warranty does not cover damage due to abuse, neglect, alteration, failure to follow instructions, shipping damage or damaged packaging.
