Orders paid for by credit card are usually shipped within 1 - 3 business days but may take up to 7 business days. If you have a specific delivery requirement, we advise contacting us for stock

7.) Some of the products offered on Simply Inflatables .com are heavy pool etc. Are there special shipping requirements for these heavier products?
All above ground pools such as Intex Easy Set Pools, Intex Ellipse Pools, Intex Frame Set Pools, Bestway Fast Set Pools, Bestway Steel Pro Frame Pools will be shipped via UPS Ground only.

8.) Does Simply Inflatables .com warranty their products?
Simply Inflatables .com warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 30 days from the shipment date unless otherwise noted. Simply Inflatables .com will replace any item returned to us within the parameters of this policy and found to be defective. In short, it is up to the discression of Simply Inflatables .com to validate a defective product covered by a warranty. All returned warranty-issue merchandise must be properly packed for a safe return shipment and in original purchase condition with the original packaging, the original receipt/invoice/packing slip and a an explanation of the item's problem. Simply Inflatables .com will not refund, credit or cover shipping expenses for warranty item returns or warranty item replacements under any circumstances. Simply Inflatables .com is not liable for misuse of its products. This warranty does not cover damage due to abuse, neglect, alteration, failure to follow instructions, shipping damage or damaged packaging.
