Intex Ellipse™ Pools are easy to set-up (frame members, filter pump and ladder require a screwdriver for assembly)
SUPER-TOUGH™ sidewalls are triple strong. The sidewalls are made with 3 separate layers of material for extra strength and durability - two outer layers of heavy gauge PVC laminated to an inner layer of polyester mesh for extra reinforcement. Intex Ellipse™ Pools have a 29.2 gauge floor/top ring with 29.2 gauge sidewalls. Gauge can be referenced as the equivalent of 1/1000 of an inch.
The pool liner is supported by an inflatable top ring while the pool goes up by itself as the water level rises.
A convenient drain plug is included for easy draining and connects to a garden hose so the water can be drained
